radford Place is a vibrant, residential subdivision located in the heart of the City of Georgetown in Scott County, Kentucky. Consisting of 887 homes, the neighborhood was completed in 2011 and turned over the Bradford Place Homeowners Association.
Residents of Bradford Place are able to enjoy professionally landscaped entrances and over 200 acres of green spaces. In addition, the BPHOA plans additional community activities and events for the neighborhood.

Bradford Place is a short, twenty-five-minute commute to downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky, as well as Frankfort, the Kentucky State Capitol, and Kentucky State University. In addition, Bradford Place is within close proximity to myriad shopping, banking, community, government, and entertainment venues in Georgetown, including the Scott County Public Library, United States Post Office, People’s Exchange Bank, Kroger Neighborhood Market, CVS, Pizza Hut, and Roosters.
