Hello Bradford Place Residents,

 

We hope everyone is having a wonderful summer!

 

The Bradford Place HOA Board voted at its last meeting on June 11th, 2017 to switch from a fiscal to calendar year for board financials. What does this mean to you? Dues will now start being collected in January instead of July, and the board is providing everyone with a six-month holiday on dues. Thus, you should not expect a dues notice until January 2018!

 

Also, keep an eye out for our annual newsletter with additional updates and upcoming events. One will be going out to everyone within the next month.
